Training Terms & Conditions for Donnelly Safety Services (DSS)
Donnelly Safety Training
Booking Placement
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 working days before the training date will be refunded at 75% of the total fee.
Cancellations made within 5 working days of the training date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a class, you are entitled to a 25% discount on the rebooked class.
Adverse Weather and Road Conditions
If the trainer is able to reach the venue, the training will proceed as planned. Failure to attend will result in no refund.
If the trainer is unable to reach the venue, you will receive a credit to reschedule for an alternative date.
Attendance
Full attendance for the entire duration of the training is mandatory.
Language Requirements
All attendees must have a strong understanding of both written and spoken English. Translators are not permitted during the training.
Special Considerations and Reasonable Adjustments
Delegates with special assessment needs should inform DSS in advance to discuss necessary accommodations. Arrangements must be confirmed prior to the start of the course.
DSS will ensure that any disclosed special requirements are handled with confidentiality, adhering to Data Protection legislation.
Approved training organisations must identify any special needs such as physical disabilities or learning difficulties (e.g., dyslexia) before the course begins.
Under the Equality Act 2010, reasonable adjustments or special considerations must be provided to ensure equal access, without compromising the integrity of assessments.
Specific support needs, such as having questions read aloud or taking the exam in a separate room, should be discussed to arrange appropriate adaptations.
Under 18 Policy
Delegates under 18 years of age must provide a signed Parental Consent Form.
